Many people are reporting feeling overwhelmed, broke, and stuck in their online questions to me, so I thought I’d keep it real simple this month. Here’s my top ten list of things that you can do today, or over the next few days, to give your energy a little boost, which may be just the thing to get back in the flow again. My top ten to-do’s to fluff up your chi today are:
To clear areas where chi arrives:
1. Sweep off your porch or front door step and wipe down the door.
2. Wash your mailbox inside and out.
3. Clean all telephones - landline and cellular.
To clean away weak chi:
4. Wash out all trash cans.
5. Go through your refrigerator and remove any rotting foods, wash off all the shelves.
6. Cut off any dead leaves on any houseplants.
To make space for newly-arrived chi:
7. Remove all stray items from the floors.
8. Clean off the home office desk.
9. Delete or re-file all emails in your inbox.
And to put the cherry on top:
10. Organize your “junk drawer” (if you have multiple, the one most often visited.)
With the time you spend doing this with intentions of taking charge of your situation, you’ll be banking good chi that you can use to get things rolling again. And always remember to have fun with it because that’s just more chi-gathering for you!
