Enneagram Personality "type 3" is the "Achiever". This is the person
that stops at nothing to get what they want. Extremely competitive it
would be easy to label them "Type A", a "Go getter", or a "Ladder
Climber". Physically I notice that a "type 3" Lady always have matching
clothing (shoes, pants, shirt, etc) and look well put together at all times.
The Achievers are usually extremely pleasant people, able to really
connect one on one. They aim high, so if they belong to an organization
they quickly find a way into leadership or to win an award. Type 3's
make grand plans and then follow through to see them all come to full
fruition.
You might imagine they're always on the go like a type 7, but a type 7 is
doing this for their own entertainment, where a type 3 has an agenda
they must achieve. They're easily frustrated when others don't cooperate
or behave to their expectations and flexibility is not their forte. Looking
their best is most important to them, so don't risk making them look bad.

What Not to Expect:
Leaving the house looking less than their best
Allowing you to slack off around them or in Life
Handling criticism with a cool clam demeanor
Talking about their weaknesses
On a Good Day:
They're a Team Player, Social, Poke holes in others/your plans
On a Stressed day:
They're Scattered, Unreliable, overly agreeable
How to Get Along:
Ask them what they envision for others or groups
Give them plenty of believable praise and compliments
Collaborate with them on a project
Suggest Small Improvements rather than criticize
Let them in on your point of View
