Q&A on Coaching and some shortcuts to get started on now.

Question: I think I might want a coach, How much does a session normally cost?

Cost: Coaches cost the whole scale from $40 - $200 per 30min session
Just depends on experience & specialty

My prices are...
1 session: $125 for 45min session
6 sessions: $630 for 6 - 45min sessions
12 sessions: $1100 for 12 -45 min sessions

Question: what does a person usually look for as a result of coaching?

Results: Most clients I work with have a project. Like...
Getting through a divorce
Writing a book
Starting a business
Having less stress
Get a new job
Change careers

A typical client works with me 12 -24 sessions to finish a project.

Question: I'm feeling motivated but really stuck and not sure if I am doing everything to continue on my path. I'm not ready to buy sessions right now where do I start on my own?

To get a head start on the coaching process start establishing a clear objective to focus on.

I'd check out:
"Getting things done" by David Allen

It's a great place start and super cheap! You don't have to do things exactly "his" way, but developing your own similar system can really take your life to a new high. (You may need to recruit your life partner to participate too)

Also, personality types help guide people towards "their path"
take this test...

Then google your type. Knowing your type can give you great guidelines on what to do next and what to stay away from.

For example: I'm a type 7, I'm great at short projects and bad at long projects. So any job I take on needs to have a "short" completion time or I get to pass it on to someone else to maintain it.

Knowing my natural patterns helps me stay in my happy productive space and makes some decisions much easier.

Any other questions?

Be Awesome :-)
