What is a Life Coach?

Wiki: Coaching is a method of directing, instructing and training a
person or group of people, with the aim to achieve some goal.

They're many different styles of coaching and many different techniques
that coaches learn to help their clients. I was trained at The Coaches
Training Institute in California and obtained my CPCC.

We had three main Focuses there:

Fulfillment - Brings forth what drives you forward, what motivates
you, and what terrifies you. It's the amplification of everything that
you are. Also, it puts you in touch with your future and brings you
closer to it.

Balance - We all have limitations and boundaries, there's only so
much we can do in a day/week/month. Balance is about what to do
and when. More Importantly it's about attitude and what character
you're bringing to your "doing".

Process - There's deep emotional places in all of us, they may not
make sense but they still can drive us down and control our lives.
Process creates a deep safe space to let those emotions unravel and
let go of your life.

As a coach I see myself as a butt kicker. I care more about your
happiness, your success, your learning, your inspiration that you
can possibly imagine. It's about being real about what "is", the reality
of your world, and working from there.

I must admit I'm not fond of the word "coach" because the job it's so
much more. Mentor, Springboard, Witness, Motivator, Recognizer,
Organizer, and Leader.

Most of all it's Love. Wanting and Being the best for my clients.

Be Awesome!
