Quick method to do an "Integrity Check"

As a Coach my work doesn't stop after the call or face-to-face meeting,
I've got my homework to do too.

For me the easiest way do an "integrity check" is to use the Feng Shui
Baguas to keep track of the various parts of my life. This is what I've
done recently for each one to keep myself in integrity. Making this list
helps me acknowledge what I've done to move my life forward.

Helpful People & Travel:
I've Prayed and Been Actively Manifesting in the Mornings with Shawn
I've helped out my "mafia network" every morning with loot
Asked for and Received great help from @GuyKawasaki

Career:
Helped out friends & clients with Coaching issues
Created a Astrology lookup table for charts
Cleaned Fish Tank + Installed DVR

Skills & Knowledge:
Advanced my Twitter Skills x5!
Learned new buying strategies
Importance of Order & Beauty at all times

Family:
Put together Durable Power of Attorney
Put together Living Will
Sent off Birthday & Wedding Presents

Abundance:
Met with Bookkeeper and assessed our Books
Made decision on Money savings plans
Put $$ on our time and future plans

Fame:
Posted my blog with Twitterfeed
Posted pics on Facebook
Sent messages of goodwill to friends

Relationship:
Claimed a day for Fun "Us" Time
Called Friends I had been meaning to call
Indulged is some foodie yumminess

Creativity:
Got dress advice from girlfriends
Played Rockband & Mafia Wars
Turned on Mambo #5 for my Bath :-)

Health:
Took my Pro-biotics all the time
Did 2 healthy moderate workouts
Letting myself take it easy
