What I do for other people, I also do for myself. A very large and common
life complaint is too much stress. To make this clear...
You create ALL of your own stress!
No one causes or increases or adds to your stress, you are the total and
complete owner/creator of your life.
Without going too deep, here's 5 ways that you can live differently and
make a dramatic reduction in your stress levels...
1) Arrive 5-10 minutes Early to Every Meeting and Appointment. One
of the best ways to arrive on time is to be there early. How would you
feel if you knew you'd always were going to be there with plenty of time
to spare?
2) Always have some enjoyable Entertainment with you. That could
be as simple as loading a game on your phone, music to listen to, a book
you like to read. Waiting is so much easier when it's "fun time".
3) Every 3-4 hours Eat at least 100 calories. Babies eat about every
2-3 hours our adults bodies aren't much different. Your body is happiest
when it gets fed a little bit frequently. It only takes about 30-60 seconds.
4) Plan some "Downtime" after work each day. You'd expect a football
player to rest after a game. Your brain and body need time to recharge
too. After recharging you're much more emotionally & physically ready
for a great evening and next day.
5) Be Passionate about your future. Why are you living through today?
